The Facility Coordinator will assist you with your needs to plan your celebratory events. Events are planned by appointment only.  No event is the same, the pricing you see below will always include the following for seated meals or events:

  • Stemware
  • Plates and Flatware
  • Table cloths and Linen Napkins
  • Staff

Elope Services

  • $500.00 Licensee Fee Non-Refundable
  • $269.00 + 13% room tax Courtney Suite per day (if applicable)
  • Bride, Groom, and Witnesses
  • Officiant (setup pricing begins at $250.00)
  • Property location setup
  • Room with sparkling, stemware, chocolate, and fruit
  • Will assist with dinner arrangements
  • Morning breakfast made to order

Weddings

  • Licensee Fee Non-Refundable
  • Start pricing for 20 or more begins at $4000.00 and includes Licensee Fee
  • Courtney Suite Reservation additional room for parents (if applicable)
  • Officiant (setup pricing begins at $250.00)
  • All events are different and require different criteria
  • Breakfast made to order for guest staying at the inn
  • Special Occasion Insurance (separate fee)

Corporate Events

  • Licensee Fee Non Refundable
  • Per day inn Corporate Rate 1300.00
  • Drink Station
  • Breakfast made to order daily
  • Catered Meals charged per person
  • Inn closed to group
  • Transportation (if applicable)
  • Special Occasion Insurance (separate fee)
